Lancer is one of the Jobs (Classes) in Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin. Classes provide an archetype for the player which provides abilities and stats that are related to the job. Each job specializes in a combat style, uses different starting equipment, and gain access to special job abilities that make them more effective in combat.
Lancer Information
The Lancer wields Lances that allow piercing, long-reach attacks. Lancers can execute a lance hurl to skewer foes from a distance.

| Lance Hurl Master | Passive | 2 | Increases break damage dealt by lance hurl. Use this to break enemies and finish them off with a soul burst. |
| Agility +4 | Passive | 2 | Increases Agility by 4. Effective for both battle sets. |
| Critical Damage +10% | Passive | 3 | Increases damage dealt when landing a critical hit by 10%. |
| Strength +2 | Passive | 1 | Increases Strength by 2. Effective for both battle sets. |
| Ascension | Combo | 2 | Strike foes to inflict heavy break damage and launch them into the air. |
| Swayback | Command | 2 | Evade with a swift backstep. Fills break gauge on activation. |
| Stamina +4 | Passive | 2 | Increases Stamina by 4. Effective for both battle sets. |
